Careers don’t just happen. They are made. I pledge to Claim My Career As My Own and make my career happen.

No longer am I willing to just have a job. By making this pledge, I claim that I am ready to take charge of, and own my career. I commit to doing the work required to create a career that fulfills me, keeps me (and my dependents) fed and warm, and allows me to grow as an individual.
